Description: 4-12k 65w compact flourescent bulbs. Substrate - clay, med. grain sand. No filtration except for small sponge used for mechanical filtration on 110gph powerhead - changed every other day. Fertilizer tabs in substrate only. Tank started on 2/6/06.
Advice: Keep the plants happy first and the fish will be happy.
Fish Kept: Pl*co, fancy-tailed guppy, giant danio, neon tetra, glowlight tetra, albino glowlight tetra, siamese algae eater, golden algae eater, emerald cory, blue ram.
Corals/Plants: Anacharis, corkscrew val, jungle val, dwarf hairgrass, dwarf sagittaria, brown crypt, red melon sword, red tiger lotus, java fern, giant hygrophia, green foxtail, crinkled aponogeton, rotala indica, water wisteria, cabomba, lucens.
Tank Size: 55 gallons
